Our Practice

Green Root Therapy is a small, owner-led practice focused on thoughtful, relational work. We keep the practice intentionally small so that care remains personal, steady, and consistent.

Each clinician brings her own training and perspective while sharing a commitment to depth, clarity, and meaningful change. Our work is collaborative and attentive to the realities women are navigating in their relationships, careers, and families.

Kristina Francia, MA, LCPC

Kristina works with women navigating identity shifts, life transitions, and the complexities of work, relationships, and motherhood. Her approach blends practical structure with relational depth, supporting clients through burnout, self-doubt, and uncertainty with greater clarity and self-trust. She also works with a small number of couples seeking steady, intentional growth.
